I currently do not accept private insurance and do not bill insurance providers directly.

 

If you have insurance and would like to pursue reimbursement on your own, I can provide a superbill after each visit. This is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your provider and plan.

 

To better understand your mental health benefits, it’s a good idea to contact your insurance company before we begin. Here are some helpful questions to ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?

• Does my plan reimburse services from LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) providers?

• What percentage of the fee is reimbursed?

• Is there a deductible, and has it been met?

• What CPT codes and session durations are reimbursed?

• How many sessions are covered per year?

• Does my plan cover Telehealth sessions?

• What is the process for submitting superbills?
